Clair Colburn is a practicing architect with extensive experience designing public libraries, state courthouses and academic spaces. She is a Senior Associate at Finegold Alexander Architects, is LEED and Living Future accredited and has been a Belmont resident for well over a decade.

She has been a Board Member of the Belmont Library Foundation since 2013 serving as the President for four of those years. Additionally, she served on the Library Feasibility Committee and has served as the chair the Library Building Committee since it was established to facilitate the Schematic Design phase for the Library. In 2013, she led a team in the community rebuild of Joey’s Park.
