Marcie Schorr Hirsch
Marcie Schorr Hirsch is a coach, consultant, and writer focused on career and organizational success. She has held senior positions at Wellesley College, Tufts and Brandeis Universities and is the co-founder of SmarterWisdom Consulting, a boutique management consulting firm. Marcie works with organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies and leading colleges and universities, and regularly coaches individuals in academia, corporations, museums and the public sector; she is the author/co-author of multiple management books and has contributed to Working Woman, Glamour, Ms. and other nationally circulated magazines, as well as the Harvard Business Review blog.
Marcie and her husband, Ralph Hirsch, have lived in Belmont for 40+ years, where she has been a town meeting member and a founding member and former co-President of the Belmont Library Foundation. She holds a doctorate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education encompassing course work at HGSE, the Kennedy School and Harvard Business School.
